Need more volume?

Higher sending limits, more numbers, or your own instance. Tell us what your list looks like and we will tell you straight whether this fits.

In every plan, including the cheapest

The things that decide whether this works for you are not the things we charge more for. None of these four is behind a tier.

The number you already own

Paired with one QR scan. No Business API application, no template approval queue, and no fee to Meta per message — your customers message the line they already have saved.

The Virtual Phone

The shared inbox, read as your customer sees it. A campaign and the reply to it are one thread, so whoever answers can see what that person was sent and when. Delivery states come back from WhatsApp itself.

Every guardrail

Sending hours, daily caps, the opt-in requirement, automatic STOP handling and your own word filter. These are workspace settings, not plan features — the cheapest plan gets all of them.

The API and the MCP server

Twenty-two REST endpoints for software you wrote and twenty-two tools for an AI agent, on every plan including the cheapest. Both go through the same sending rules as a person typing in the inbox.

The record

Who changed what, with the old value beside the new one, and every consent change filed as evidence. “Show me why you messaged them” has an answer on every plan.

What the limits actually do

A number on a pricing card is only useful if you know what happens at it. These are the answers the product gives, in the words it gives them in.

Numbers are the hard limit

Each plan covers a set number of WhatsApp lines — one, five or fifteen — and the panel refuses the next one rather than billing you for it: “Your plan covers 5 numbers. Move up a plan to add more.”

A message is one message to one person

A campaign to five hundred contacts is five hundred. A reply typed in the inbox is one. Anything your own software or an agent sends through the API counts the same way.

Your own limits sit inside the plan’s

The sending window and the daily cap are yours to set and they only ever tighten what the plan allows. A number or a campaign can narrow them further, never widen them.

Billing questions

The product questions are on the FAQ. These are the ones about money.

Is there a free trial?

14 days, and no credit card to start it. Connect a number, send a small real campaign, and read the reports before anything is charged.

Do I pay WhatsApp as well?

No. Birsend drives a number you already own rather than going through the WhatsApp Business API, so there is no application to submit, no template approval and no per-message fee to a provider.

How much cheaper is annual?

Between 10% and 30% off the monthly rate, and it is not the same on every plan — Starter saves the most. The toggle above switches every figure on the page, and each card prints its own discount beside its own annual total.

What if I need more numbers or more volume?

Talk to sales rather than stacking plans. Tell us what your list looks like and what you send, and you will get a straight answer about whether this fits — including when it does not.

Can I cancel?

Whenever. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. What you have already sent stays on the record, because the messages that went out need something to belong to.

Try it on your own number first.

14 days, no card. Pair a line, send a small real campaign to people you know, and judge the reports before you decide which plan you are on.
