Every part of the send,
in one place.

Birsend covers the whole loop: connect your number, send something worth reading, see exactly what happened, and answer what comes back.

General

Everything you need to send. Nothing you don't.

The foundation: your own number, saved messages, a sending pace that keeps the line healthy, and one inbox the whole team answers from.

General in detail

Your number, your reputation

Scan one QR code and you are live. Messages leave from your own line, so customers see the number they already trust.

A library of saved messages

Write once, reuse everywhere. Templates carry a status, so a half-finished draft is never one click away from four thousand people.

Sending pace you choose

Cautious, balanced or brisk — six, twelve or twenty messages a minute. Set it per campaign and the sender never exceeds it.

Shared team inbox

Everyone answers from one place. Threads carry the whole history with that person, including anything a campaign sent them.

Automatic replies

Answer a keyword, a first-time message, or every message that arrives. Reply from a template, tag the contact, or both.

Reporting over any period

Attempted, delivered, replies, clicks, contacts added, opt-outs — compared against the period before, with a PDF to download.

Scheduling

Pick the hour. Then stop worrying about it.

A campaign scheduled for Tuesday at nine goes out on Tuesday at nine — inside your sending hours, under your daily ceiling, and stoppable mid-flight.

Scheduling in detail

Schedule and forget

Give a campaign a future time and it arms itself. A scheduler checks every minute, so nine o’clock means nine o’clock, not nine oh five.

Sending hours, three layers deep

Workspace hours, narrowed by the number, narrowed by the campaign. Each layer can only tighten the window, never widen it.

Pause mid-send

Stop a campaign that is already going out. It halts within a minute and remembers exactly who it had reached.

Resume where it stopped

Starting again picks up from the next unsent person. Nobody is messaged twice — one row per recipient makes that a guarantee, not a hope.

Every skip has a reason

Nobody is dropped silently. Each person the campaign did not message is recorded with why — blocked, opted out, no consent — and the totals are on the campaign afterwards.

Missed its hour? Cancelled.

A campaign left too long past its time is cancelled rather than sent. Last Tuesday’s promotion arriving on Friday cannot be recalled.

Tracking panel

Watch a campaign land, message by message.

What has gone out, what landed, what came back — and when something did not go through, the reason it gave.

Tracking panel in detail

Live progress

Queued, sent, failed and skipped counters move as the campaign works through its audience. Pause or resume without losing your place.

Delivery states from WhatsApp

Sent, delivered, read and failed come back from the service and land on the message, with the provider’s own error when one fails.

Every refusal has a reason

A recipient who was never messaged carries why — opted out, blocked, no number, outside hours. “Skipped: 40” is a number; this is an answer.

What a contact has received

Open anybody to see each campaign that reached them, how those messages performed, and the full trail of their consent.

Reports over any period

Pick a range and compare it against the one before. Per-campaign and per-link tables, with a chart you can switch between six measures.

Take the data with you

Download the report as a PDF, export contacts as CSV, or pull the same figures through the REST API into your own warehouse.

File sending

Send the invoice, not a link to the invoice.

Attach a real document, photo or voice note to a campaign or a single reply — and keep everything customers send you, in one library.

File sending in detail

Documents and PDFs

Invoices, tickets, menus, price lists. Up to 10 MB, arriving with the filename your customer will actually recognise.

Images and video

Product photos and short clips preview inside WhatsApp instead of downloading. Large photos are shrunk in the browser before they upload.

Proper voice notes

A recording is converted to the format WhatsApp expects, so it arrives as a voice note rather than as a music player.

Everything customers send you

Photos, documents and voice notes arriving from customers are saved to the same library, browsable and searchable later.

Nothing on a public URL

The library holds your customers’ files. Nothing sits on a guessable address — every download is checked against your workspace.

Confirmed delivery

File messages report the same delivered and read states as text, so you know the document actually arrived.

Team

Several people, one number.

Create accounts for colleagues, decide exactly what each role may touch, and keep track of the work the team owes each other.

Team in detail

Accounts you create yourself

Set a colleague’s name, address and password and hand it over. No invitation email to wait for, no link that expires unread.

Roles you can actually read

Sixteen areas, each with “see it” and “change it”. Admin, Agent and Analyst ship configured; add your own groups beside them.

A shared task list

Assign work to a person with a due date, add notes as it progresses, then complete or cancel it. Nothing here reaches a customer.

Nobody answers twice

The inbox shows who is already in a conversation and lets you hand a thread over, so two people do not reply to the same customer.

Work filed by client

Running campaigns for other businesses? Attribute each one to a client and keep the history straight, years later.

Sessions you can revoke

See every signed-in device on an account and sign the others out. Changing a password does it automatically.

Safety and consent

The rules that stop a bad afternoon.

Sending limits, an opt-in requirement, automatic STOP handling and a content filter — applied to every path out, including your own scripts.

Safety and consent in detail

Hours and ceilings

Nothing leaves outside your sending window or over your daily limit. Set it for the workspace and tighten it per number or campaign.

One switch stops everything

Pause sending for the whole workspace until a date you pick. Campaigns, replies and API calls all stop at the same line.

Opt-in, enforced

Require consent before anybody can be messaged and Birsend refuses the rest — at the campaign, in the inbox, and through the API.

STOP is handled for you

A customer asking to be left alone is opted out the moment they say so, before any automatic reply gets the chance to greet them.

Consent you can prove

Every change is filed as evidence — what happened, from where, and when. “Show me why you messaged them” has an answer.

A word filter you control

Block what must never leave your number, allow the words a filter would otherwise catch, and read back everything it stopped.

Records

Who did what, and what it used to say.

A workspace-wide record of every change anybody made — with the old value beside the new one, and no way for anybody to tidy it.

Records in detail

Every change, recorded

Campaigns, contacts, templates, files, tasks, settings, sign-ins. Seventeen areas of activity, filterable to one of them or one person.

The old value, kept

“Profile updated” answers nothing. “Time zone was Europe/London, now Asia/Tokyo” explains why that person’s campaigns moved.

Nothing can erase it

There is no delete button, and none for you either. A record somebody can remove their own line from is not a record.

Names that survive

The log keeps who somebody was and what a thing was called at the time — so “who deleted Summer Sale” still reads after it is gone.

Refused sign-ins too

Five wrong passwords in a minute is the entry that matters most, and the one a rate limiter otherwise handles completely silently.

What the system did alone

Automatic acts — a campaign cancelled for missing its hour — are attributed to Birsend, never to whoever happened to create it.

API and agents

Connect your software. Or your AI.

A REST API for your own systems, an MCP server so an AI agent can work your inbox, and scoped keys that can never do more than the person who made them.

API and agents in detail

Scoped API keys

Every key carries a role. Minting one and being allowed to send are two separate permissions, deliberately not one.

Send from your own code

Post a message or a file, create and update contacts, import a list. Same rules as the panel, same delivery receipts.

An MCP server for agents

Point Claude or your own agent at Birsend and it can read conversations, message people and pause a campaign, within its role.

Your own model writes replies

Connect a model you pay for and let an auto-reply rule ask it what to say. Your key, your provider, your bill.

An agent narrows, never widens

The MCP tools let an agent pause a campaign but never resume one. Undoing a deliberate human stop is not a thing to hand to a sentence.

A run log for every rule

Each automatic reply records what it did, or why it did not — cooling down, no model connected, refused by the filter.

See it on your own number.

Fourteen days free, no credit card. Connect a number, send one campaign, and judge the reports for yourself.
